"CHIP" Program
On average in the United States,
 a child is reported missing
 every 43 seconds!!!
The Ottawa Masonic "chips" Program provides Parents with a DVD containing fingerprints, Color digital photo, color digital video interview. The parents will be given a DNA swab that can be frozen in there freezer and stored for up to twenty years.
If the need should ever arise the DVD an DNA can given to law enforcement officers to be distributed to the media and Amber alert within two hours of the abduction. This will be a strong tool toward finding and identification of the child.
Others provide this service charging the parents as much as $10.00 for it. The Ottawa Masonic Lodge is providing this service to the parents of children Free fo charge. The material needed will be donated trough the Lodge. The Masonic Lodge will keep nothing except the permission slip.
